So you have found your image, made yourself a avatar ,now You want everyone to see it. In order to host and display your avatart you need to upload it to site that will host your picture and code it.

Codeing
So now you have picked out an image, edited it to your liking,hosted it on the web, now the final thing needed to display it in the chat rooms.
To get you started i will post a few simple codes you can copy and paste into the configur box in the chatrooms you use. Of course these samples are the basics to get you started and from there you can add or delete what you wish to create that avatart you always have wanted.
